Personalised mugs, printed in Paarl
Your photo, a name, a logo or a joke, printed right around an 11oz mug. One mug is R95. A hundred is R48 each. Printed here and collected here, so there is no courier fee and nothing gets broken in a depot.

There is no product photo here yet. The first test batch has not been pressed and photographed, and I am not going to show you a stock picture of someone else's mug. Ask me on WhatsApp and I will send you what I have.
One mug or a hundred
The big online printers want a minimum order and then charge R99 to R120 to courier it to you. I will print you one mug, and you collect it in Paarl. If you want a hundred for a fundraiser, the price per mug drops to R48.
Basic layout is included in the price. If your picture needs straightening, cleaning up or a background removed, or if there is nothing to work from yet, artwork from scratch is R150 per design.

Same design across the batch gets the ladder price. A different name on each mug is R5 per mug, which is how most wedding and staff orders work.
Mugs for weddings and parties
Favours for the tables, a gift for the bridal party, or a set for a milestone birthday. Ten mugs with the same design is R700 for 10, or R5 per mug more per mug to put a different name on each one. Add a gift box at R15 per mug and it is ready to hand over.
If the invitation is not done yet either, the Wedding Pack puts an interactive invitation, a digital save-the-date and ten mugs together for R2,500.
Order early. Turnaround is 3 to 5 days once the artwork is approved, and a wedding date does not move.
Mugs for schools, churches and clubs
Fundraiser runs work because the price per mug drops hard with volume: R60 each from 25, R52 from 50, R48 from 100. Sell them at a round number and the margin is the fundraiser.
One design across the whole run keeps it at the ladder price. I will quote you the total in writing before anything is pressed, so the committee has a number to approve.
Mugs for your business
Logo mugs for the office, a tasting room, a guesthouse or a salon. If the logo file is a mess, or there is no logo yet, I do that side too: Logo Starter is R950. Ten logo mugs plus a logo, business cards and a one-page site is the Small Business Starter bundle.
Send me your picture
What works:
- A photo straight off a phone is usually fine. Send it as a file or in full quality, not as a screenshot of the photo, and not shrunk by being forwarded five times.
- A logo is best as a vector file (SVG, PDF or AI). If all you have is a small PNG off a website, I will tell you honestly whether it will hold up at mug size.
- Roughly 2,400 pixels wide is the point where a full wrap stays sharp. Below about 1,200 it starts to look soft.
What does not work: a photo of a photo, a screenshot of a social post, or anything very dark. Dark images can shift on a mug, so I will say so before pressing rather than after.
You confirm that you own the picture or have permission to use it. I cannot print someone else's logo, a sports badge or a cartoon character without the rights holder's permission, and I will say no to that. The full artwork terms.
How long it takes and how you pay
- Turnaround is 3 to 5 days from the moment you approve the proof.
- Nothing is printed before you approve that proof in writing. WhatsApp is fine.
- Under R300 is paid in full upfront. R300 and over is a 50% deposit to start and the balance on collection.
- Collection in Paarl. No delivery fee, because there is no delivery.
- Personalised items cannot be returned or cancelled once they are made, because they cannot be sold to anyone else. Why that is, in the terms.
Common questions
- Are they dishwasher safe?
- Hand washing keeps a sublimated print looking new for far longer. The print is in the coating rather than on top of it, but a dishwasher run every day will dull it eventually.
- Microwave?
- Yes. There is no metal in the print.
- Can I bring my own mug?
- Only if it is a sublimation-coated blank. An ordinary shop mug has no coating for the ink to go into, so the print will not take. I supply the blanks and the price above includes them.
- Can I mix designs in one order?
- Different names on the same design is R5 per mug per mug. Genuinely different designs are priced as separate orders at their own quantity, so two lots of five are priced as five and five, not as ten.
