Evenings and weekends are my normal hours and carry no premium. A premium of 50% applies only to three things: a same-day job you ask me to jump the queue for, work after 21:00, and public holidays.
Call-out fees
Free within 15 km of Paarl, R250 from 15 to 25 km, R400 from 25 to 40 km. Beyond 40 km I work remotely. Distance is the one-way road distance and travel time is never charged.
Parts
Parts are supplied at the supplier price plus 15%, with a minimum of R50 and a maximum of R500 on that markup. Parts you supply yourself are fitted at the labour price, with no parts warranty from me.
Extra data
Backup and restore covers 100 GB. Over that, R100 per extra 100 GB.

Workshop repairs
Pay on collection. Parts over R500 need a 50% deposit before I order them, and special-order parts cannot be refunded once ordered. The R200 diagnostic is payable if you decline the quote.
On-site support
Pay on completion by EFT, card link or cash.
Remote support
The first 30 minutes is prepaid before the session. Anything beyond that is invoiced after.
Print orders
Under R300, paid in full upfront. R300 and over, a 50% deposit to start and the balance on collection. Nothing is printed before you approve the proof in writing. WhatsApp is fine.
Design
A 50% deposit, with the balance due before the final files are released. Two revision rounds are included.
Invitations and websites
A 50% deposit, and the other 50% before it goes live. Care plans are billed in advance.
Cash, EFT or a card payment link. Quotes are valid for 14 days and labour carries a 30-day warranty.
Why the prices are on the website
Because being told "contact us for a quote" is how you end up paying more than you meant to. If you can see the number before you phone, you can decide in your own time whether it is worth it, and I do not spend an evening quoting jobs that were never going to happen.
